2:4:10 Property Reports
AMP Network / Good Practice / Property Reports
As stewards of public sector assets, we have an obligation to report back transparently to citizens and policy makers on our performance: what we are doing and why, and how we propose to improve what we do. This reporting also raises awareness of the importance of the property portfolio, which improves engagement with property issues by key stakeholders.
Depending on the nature and size of the organisation, the recipients of these reports may be elected members, committee chairs, governors or senior managers. Examples of how other organisations report to key stakeholders are included here.
